1969 - Construction of first nasal passage at 4 yrs. of age (Research Hospital)
Next day - Sent back to OR because nasal packing came out (Research Hospital)
Sept. 11, 1969 - Surgery to prepare for nasal reconsruction at 5 yrs. of age (Research Hospital)
Sept. 18, 1969 - Surgery to build first nose - Built from flap of skin from left arm at 5 yrs. of age Spent two weeks in a head-to-waist body cast (Research Hospital)
Oct. 2, 1969 - Release of flap at 5 yrs. of age (Research Hospital)
July 30, 1970 - Dilation of lacrimal duct (tear) at 6 yrs. of age (Research Hospital)

Nov. 19, 1970 - Bone graft to the nose - reconstruction of columella at 6 yrs. of age (Research Hospital)

Dec. 15, 1978 - Removal of arch bars (jaws were wired since Oct. surgery) and last set of ear tubes at 14 yrs. old (Children's Mercy Hospital)
Jan. 25, 1979 - Dilation of nostrils (nasal tubes inserted) at 14 yrs. old (Research Medical Center)
Feb. 27, 1980 - Bone grafting (nose and orbital floors, maxilla, and hard palate), lip revision at 15 yrs. old (Children's Mercy Hospital)
