Webpage Addresses

To get to any webpage address on the internet, simply type in http://www.whatever-the-name or http://whatever-the-name.  An example of a webaddress is my own website:  http://www.simplykristi.com/.  The extensions on webpages can be .com (usually for companies but a lot of personal websites like mine register with the extension), .org (usually for non-profit organizations), .net (network), .gov (government), .edu (educational institution), .tv (television), .ws (website), .biz (business) .info (information), to name a few extensions.
