You need to pick your webpage's topics.

Your webpage can be personal or commercial or both.  A personal webpage is one that does not sell anything.  It just provides information for its visitors.  A commercial webpage offers products and/or services for sell.  Please visit my "Finding a Home for Your Webpage" for specific information on hosting services that allow commercial pages.

Your webpage can contain one or more topics.  Your webpage can range from one page to a few hundred pages.  It depends on the size of your server.  You might choose to have your webpage about your family, including your pets.  Within your webpage, you might choose the following:  a page about you, a page about your family, a page about your hobbies, and a page about the causes that you support.  Your webpage might be totally devoted to your pet(s).  If you are selling something, your webpage could be totally devoted to your business.  The possibilities are endless.

Most services, whether you pay a hosting fee or not, do NOT permit topics that are illegal, such as illegal drugs, hacking, warez, and child pornography.  If you are interested in creating an adult-only site, there are a few hosting sites that offer hosting services for adult-only webpages at an extra charge.
