You are in your webpage space with your FTP program.  There are things that you need to do to upload your files to your webpage.

First of all, make sure you on in the correct directory to upload your webpage files.

Second of all, you need to choose the files to transfer from the local system (your hard drive) to the remote system (your webpage space) by doing the following:  Click on the file(s) to highlight that you want to upload to the remote server by choosing the file(s) from your hard drive.  Then click on the arrow that points to your right.  In a matter of mere seconds, your file will be uploaded to your webpage space.

If you need to change the names of files once you upload them, you can change the name(s) by highlighting the files and then clicking on "Rename" on the remote site list, which is located to your right.  If you need to delete unwanted file(s), you can do so by highlighting the files on the remote site and then clicking on "Delete."

You can make directories by clicking on "MkDir" (make directory).  This is what you do to create subdirectories within your webpage.  You can use the subdirectories to organize the images on your webpage.  Or organize sections with your webpage like I have done on my website.
