I use Macromedia's Dreamweaver® to code my pages.  I use Paint Shop Pro® along with the following plug-ins to create my graphics:  Eye Candy®, Xenofex®, BladePro®, and Super BladePro®.  I build my webpages and graphics on my Dell® computer.
